TENDER DESCRIPTION

Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a privately organized and non-profit company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, which as the city’s largest childcare centre provider ensures early childhood education with 177 daycare centres and approximately 7,300 employees for approximately 32,000 children. With this invitation to tender, Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH procures object planner services for performance phases 1 to 9 in accordance with the current HOAI for the property Spitzbergenweg 40, 22145 Hamburg. The Kita Spitzbergenweg is a single- or two-storey building/massive construction that is fully basemented (full basement and crawl space basement) and has a gross floor area (BGF) of approximately 2,006 m². The building (year of construction 1969/70) was extended with a parent-child centre, which will not be part of the renovation, and has been partially renovated. Now, the daycare centre is to be renovated comprehensively, in particular with respect to energy efficiency and fire protection.
