The subject of procurement is KKP Osijek – preparation of project documentation for the building permit and obtaining the building permit. The services that are the subject of this procurement are: - Preparation of the Main Project which includes all required documentation and all necessary investigative works up to the issuance of the building permit, including all required Elaborates, all in accordance with the Location Permit and the obtained special conditions - In case of changes (during the development of the Main Project) compared to the Concept Project and the Location Permit, it is necessary to prepare an updated Concept Project, which will be in line with the data from the Main Project and obtain the Change and Amendment to the existing Location Permit - Preparation of the HAZOP and SIL study and conduct of workshops, as well as implementation of the conclusions from the HAZOP and SIL study into the Main Project - Obtaining a positive review of the Main Project by authorized reviewers - Obtaining the Decision on Technical Supervision of the Main Project from the authorized body for anti-explosion protection, and obtaining confirmation of the Main Project’s compliance…
