TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the overall project is the construction of three sludge digesters at the Köhlbrandhöft wastewater treatment plant in Hamburg. Two main sludge digesters are planned, each with a useful volume of approximately 8,000 m³, as well as one post-digester with a useful volume of approximately 4,000 m³. In addition, in particular a machine hall, a stair tower with a lift and cable trench shaft, connecting and interface structures, pipe channels, and the required external facilities will be constructed. The overall project will be implemented within the framework of the Integrated Project Execution (IPA) model on the basis of a multi-party contract. The planning and execution partners that are crucial to the success of the project will be involved at an early stage in an integrated project organization.
