TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the overall project is the construction of three sludge digesters at the Köhlbrandhöft wastewater treatment plant in Hamburg. Two main sludge digesters are planned with a usable volume of approximately 8,000 m³ each, as well as one post-digester with a usable volume of approximately 4,000 m³. In addition, in particular a machine house, a stair tower with lift and cable access shaft, connecting and interface structures, pipe channels, and the required external works are to be constructed. The overall project will be implemented using the Integrated Project Delivery (IPA) model based on a multi-party contract. The planning and execution partners that are decisive for project success will be involved at an early stage in an integrated project organization.
