TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the overall project is the construction of three digesters at the Köhlbrandhöft wastewater treatment plant in Hamburg. Two main digesters are planned with an operating volume of approximately 8,000 m³ each, as well as a post-digester with an operating volume of approximately 4,000 m³. In addition, in particular a machine hall, a stair tower with a lift and cable-rack shaft, connecting and interface structures, pipe ducts, and the required external facilities will be constructed. The overall project is to be implemented in the model of Integrated Project Execution (IPA) on the basis of a multi-party contract. The planning and execution partners that are crucial to the success of the project will be included at an early stage in an integrated project organisation.
