Kleinschalige Woonvoorzieningen (KWV)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

KWV concerns a family-oriented residential setting for young people, in principle aged 12 to 18, in which, in a small-scale setting with four to six young people, 24/7 support and supervision are provided by permanent specialist educators. The central focus is that we ensure that young people can grow up in their own environment. Within KWV, the following principles are central: 1. homeliness and normalising; 2. proximity to the young person’s own network; 3. maintaining school, sport and the social environment; 4. shared parenting; 5. working systemically; 6. unconditional living; 7. preventing unwanted transfers; 8. permanent specialist support in small teams. KWV is considered a strategic provision within the regional care landscape.
