Kleinschalige Woonvoorzieningen (KWV)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

KWV concerns a family-oriented residential setting for young people, generally aged 12 to 18, in which, in a small-scale setting with four to six young people, 24/7 support and supervision are provided by permanent specialist carers. The central focus is that we ensure young people can grow up in their own environment. Within KWV, the following guiding principles are central: 1. homeliness and normalisation; 2. proximity of the young person’s own support network; 3. maintaining school, sport and the social environment; 4. shared parenting; 5. working in a systemic manner; 6. unconditional housing; 7. preventing unwanted placements (transfers); 8. permanent specialist support in small teams. KWV is regarded as a strategic facility within the regional care landscape.
