TENDER DESCRIPTION

Städtisches Klinikum Dresden plans the refurbishment of the so-called Central Park at the Friedrichstadt site. The park, which is under heritage protection, is of historical significance and particularly worthy of protection. For these reasons, it is the intention of Städtisches Klinikum Dresden to adapt this park to the conditions of use and to climate change. The funding project is intended to preserve the existing park, eliminate structural and ecological deficits, and activate potential for climate adaptation, barrier-free access and improved quality of stay. The subject of the planned assignment is outdoor facilities planning for cost groups 500/400 in service phases 1 to 8 in accordance with the scope of services profile in § 39/53,55 HOAI 2021. The planning services will be commissioned in stages. Details are set out in the contract form together with its annexes. The other specialist planning services required, such as infrastructure/civil engineering, etc., will be commissioned by the contracting authority in parallel with one another.
