TENDER DESCRIPTION

Städtisches Klinikum Dresden plans the renovation of the so-called Central Park at the Friedrichstadt site. The park, which is protected as a historic monument, is of historical importance and particularly worthy of protection. For these reasons, Städtisches Klinikum Dresden aims to adapt it to the conditions of use and to climate change. The funding project is intended to preserve the existing park, eliminate structural and ecological deficits, and activate potential for climate adaptation, barrier-free accessibility and quality of stay. The subject of the planned commission is outdoor facilities planning for cost groups KG 500/400 in performance phases 1 to 8 in accordance with the scope of services in § 39/53,55 HOAI 2021. The planning services will be commissioned in stages. Details are set out in the contract form together with its annexes. The additional specialist planning services required for infrastructure/civil engineering, etc. will be commissioned by the contracting authority in parallel to one another.
