TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply and installation of air-conditioning units under a framework purchase agreement (hereinafter jointly also only the “Goods”) within the scope of replacement or local addition of the contracting authority’s existing equipment. The supply of the Goods also includes the following activities: - dismantling and environmentally sound disposal of the existing equipment in the event of replacement of the air-conditioning equipment, - carrying out all prescribed tests and inspections including issuance of documentation evidencing their performance, providing supporting documents such as approvals, certificates, declarations of performance and other documents required in order to enable proper operation in accordance with applicable legal regulations and within the scope according to the contractual documentation, - training of operators, provision of operating, usage and maintenance manuals, - inspection report and a diagram of the actual connection into the switchboard, - inspection of the place of delivery and installation and preparation of a proposal for the technical solution in accordance with the contractual documentation, -…
