TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises services for object planning of buildings and interiors pursuant to §§ 33 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9, in stages of assignment. Various special services may also be commissioned.------The Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH plans to build the new building “Construction Phase 1 Northwest Extension Building” at the Clinic Immenstadt site.------Clinic Immenstadt is a hospital of the Klinikverbund Allgäu.------At the Immenstadt site, there is additional space requirement for the Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH due to the increase in the number of plan beds to 230, which was decided in May 2026 by the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Prevention and Care, and in order to create currently missing ancillary rooms.
