TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises services for object planning for buildings and interiors pursuant to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9, in stages of commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned.------Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH plans the construction of the new building “Construction Phase 1 extension building north-west” at the Klinik Immenstadt site.------Klinik Immenstadt is a hospital of the Klinikverbund Allgäu.------At the Immenstadt site, the Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH has an additional space requirement due to the planned increase in plan beds from 230 beds, which was approved in May 2026 by the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Prevention and Care, and to create currently missing ancillary rooms.
