TENDER DESCRIPTION

Elbe Kliniken Stade-Buxtehude is a modern healthcare provider with locations in Stade and Buxtehude. Around 3,000 employees provide, with medical expertise and high-quality care, care each year for around 45,000 inpatient patients and over 85,000 outpatients. With approximately 400 school and training places, Elbe Kliniken is one of the largest training employers in the region. Elbe Kliniken Stade-Buxtehude is certified according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and has committed to embedding energy efficiency as a strategic objective in all operational processes, including the procurement of systems, equipment and services. It is possible that part of the products being tendered are subject to the requirements of the EU Ecodesign Regulation (Directive 2009/125/EC and subsequent product-specific implementing regulations) and the EU energy labelling regulation (EU) 2017/1369. These European legal instruments define mandatory minimum requirements for environmentally appropriate design of energy-consuming products and must be complied with without fail by the bidder.
