Project management services for the replacement new build of the South Operating Theatre Center at the Klinikum of the University of Munich. Description: Due to its age, the existing South Operating Theatre Center is in an infrastructurally critical condition. Renovation of the building services engineering (TGA) and medical technology during ongoing operations is not possible or only possible with considerable effort, which is why the TUM Klinikum is planning a replacement new build. The replacement of the South Operating Theatre Center, the intensive care unit IS1, and the allogeneic stem cell transplantation unit are combined into a single construction measure. The building site on Ismaninger Straße is to be created as a direct extension to building 561. Scope: 467 m² isolation station 466 m² intensive care nursing 531 m² intensive + surgical 1,045 m² operating theatre area 396 m² urology outpatient clinic The measure is expected to be subsidised by a funding provider.
