Project management services for the refurbishment and extension of radiology at the University Hospital of the Technical University of Munich. Description: The existing radiology department at the Hospital Rechts der Isar no longer meets the functional and technical requirements for modern radiology operations. In partial areas, fire protection does not meet the current requirements. The space program established by the University Hospital Rechts der Isar cannot be implemented in the existing building; therefore, an extension building is required. The functional processes must be ensured between the existing facility and the new build. In this extension building, 4 MRI examination rooms with associated ancillary rooms will be accommodated on the ground floor. Initially, only three new MRI devices will be procured. The X-ray and CT examination rooms and a new registration zone will remain in the existing building. A new staff corridor along the south façade is intended to connect the functional areas.
