Project management services for the replacement construction of the South OR Centre at the Munich University Hospital (Klinikum der Universität München). Description: Due to its age, the existing South OR Centre is in an infrastructurally critical condition. Renovation of the building services engineering (TGA) and medical technology during ongoing operations is not possible or only possible with considerable effort, which is why the TUM Klinikum is planning a replacement construction. The replacement of the South OR Centre, the intensive care unit IS1 and the allogeneic stem cell transplantation unit will be combined in one construction project. The construction site on Ismaninger Straße is intended to be created as a direct extension to building 561.
