Project management services for the replacement construction of the OP Centre South at Klinikum der Universität München. Description: Due to its age, the existing OP Centre South is in an infrastructure-critical condition. A renovation of the HVAC engineering and medical technology during ongoing operations is not possible or only possible with considerable effort, which is why TUM Klinikum is planning a replacement construction. The replacement of the OP Centre South, the intensive care unit IS1, and the allogeneic stem cell transplantation unit are combined into a single construction measure. The building plot on Ismaninger Straße is to be created as a direct extension to building 561.
