Purpose of the contract: planning services for site clearance / demolition pursuant to AHO booklet No. 18, as of 10/2014, in the event of staged contracting. Special services may also be requested. The Allgäu Hospital Group GmbH plans the construction of the replacement new building, building section F, at Klinikum Kempten.------Klinikum Kempten is a major focus hospital with 11 main departments, 5 outpatient/in-patient service departments and several certified interdisciplinary centers. Approximately 30,000 in-patient patients are treated annually. The hospital campus is centrally located on a hill and borders the Rottach valley. The geography of the site creates unobstructed views into the surrounding area, but at the same time it places increased demands on the foundations. The existing F building in the north of the medical campus has building fabric dating from the construction years 1960 – 1965, with various more recent conversions, installations and extensions.
