TENDER DESCRIPTION
The heating and sanitary refurbishment will be carried out in several construction phases during ongoing operations. For this purpose, the rooms in the construction phases to be refurbished are either completely or partially cleared depending on requirements. In the sanitary cores, the electrical installation will be replaced. In the building, existing distribution boards for installations must be upgraded. The services include dismantling existing installations, adapting existing distribution systems, and replacing approx. 1500 m of cables, lines, cable management systems and installation devices. Also included are the supply and installation of 117 LED luminaires, the required drilling and openings, fire protection measures as well as site set-up and temporary power supply. Testing, commissioning, instruction and revision documentation complete the scope of services.
