TENDER DESCRIPTION

The heating and sanitation modernisation will be carried out in several construction phases during ongoing operations. For this purpose, the rooms in the construction phases to be renovated are cleared either completely or in sections, depending on requirements. In the sanitary cores, the electrical installation is renewed. In the building, existing distribution boards for installations must be upgraded. The services include dismantling existing installations, adapting the existing distribution systems, and replacing approximately 1500 m of cables, lines, cable-laying systems and installation equipment. The scope also includes the supply and installation of 117 LED luminaires, the necessary drilling and openings, fire protection measures, as well as site set-up and temporary power supply. Testing, commissioning, instruction, and revision documentation complete the scope of services.
