TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the expansion of all-day childcare at the Saalburg School (primary school), an on-site own canteen is required there. Due to increasing numbers of students, the John-F.-Kennedy-School (secondary modern and lower secondary school) requires additional classrooms and childcare rooms. The school campus in Bad Vilbel is used very tightly due to limited space; therefore a shared extension building attached to the John-F.-Kennedy-School is intended to cover both requirements. The new extension building is currently being constructed at the north-western corner of the property. Between the construction site area and the existing sports hall to the east there is a strip with dense, well-established tree growth. The tree protection and root protection measures will be carried out by the contractor on site. This must be taken into account during execution. Access and egress for construction traffic will be via the Massenheimer Weg in the north. Here, from the fire brigade access to the Saalburg School, traffic will be blocked off and a cul-de-sac will be formed. Signposting/road signs will be provided by the contractor on site.
