TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the expansion of all-day care at Saalburgschule (primary school), an in-house cafeteria is needed there. Due to increasing numbers of students, John-F.-Kennedy-Schule (secondary school for lower and intermediate grades) requires additional classrooms and care rooms. The school campus in Bad Vilbel is used very tightly in terms of space; therefore, a shared extension building attached to John-F.-Kennedy-Schule is intended to cover both requirements. The new extension building is currently being constructed at the north-western corner of the plot. Between the construction area and the existing sports hall to the east there is a strip with dense tree growth. The tree protection and root protection measures are carried out on-site. During execution, this must be taken into account. Access and egress for construction traffic will take place from the north via Massenheimer Weg. Here, from the fire brigade access to Saalburgschule, traffic is restricted and a dead-end road is formed. Signage will be provided on-site.
