TENDER DESCRIPTION
During the period of performance, the following services are to be provided by the Contractor (AN): Non-optional: - time-limited access to the SaaS solution via a web-based portal or client including operation/operational services and domain-related support based on 300 suppliers - - provision/adaptation of the SaaS solution To represent the domain requirements and processes, the SaaS solution must be able to support the following functionalities: • supplier catalog management • BA catalog management • search function and multi-supplier catalog including Light product configurator • document exchange on the supplier marketplace (transaction platform) for - orders - delivery confirmations (delivery notices) The following services must be provided by the Contractor (AN) in the phases mentioned here from the award of the contract: • creation/adaptation phase • test phase • integration phase • acceptance phase • regular operations phase A binding schedule will be agreed in writing without delay between BA and AN after the award of the contract.
