Kløvermarken, Nye faciliteter til omklædning og AK Thor

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment includes full consultancy in connection with the modernisation of the facilities for the many users in Kløvermarken, including new changing facilities for the football clubs and new training and changing facilities for the weightlifting club AK Thor. Part of the existing changing buildings must be demolished. Approximately the same number of m² of changing rooms must be re-established for the football clubs (approx. 760 m2 gross). The new, modern changing rooms must provide better utilisation of the facilities so that more users will be able to access them than is the case today. Likewise, AK Thor must be established on the same area as they have today (approx. 305 m2 gross). The new buildings are expected to be adapted to, and inspired by, the old red wooden barracks in the area. It is immediately expected that they will be built in timber, but with integrated quality solutions for the many m² of wet rooms in the buildings. Solutions involving prefabricated building modules, which are lowered onto prepared foundations, may be considered. Sustainability must be prioritised.
