TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance and repair of automatic blinds in buildings managed, owned and operated by Városliget Zrt., and repair of manually operated blinds. Within the above, a) maintenance and repair of automatic blinds, and b) repair of manually operated blinds are required. Equipment covered by the maintenance: automatic roller blind: 448 pcs; articulated awning fabric awning: 6 pcs; automatic metal louvered blinds: 47 pcs. For details regarding the individual units to be maintained and the required manner of performance, see the technical description. The net framework amount of the framework agreement to be concluded during the entire duration of the framework agreement – without option – is HUF 88,462,050. Please note that, in accordance with Section 104(7) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt), the contracting authority is not obliged to carry out its procurement(s) on the basis of the framework agreement.
