TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mikalo Oy and Mikkeli Housing Right Ltd are jointly tendering for appliance procurement. The procurement covers refrigeration equipment, floor ovens (freestanding ovens) and microwave ovens. The contract period is 3 years, and the contracting authority reserves the right to use a two (2) year option period. All equipment is procured as an all-in service installed, and the offered equipment price must always include transport, carrying to the floors, installation ready for use, electrical or connection work, as well as removal of the old appliance and recycling. Scope of the procurement, limitations and changes during the contract period: 1. Scope limitation for properties in the City of Mikkeli (Conditional option): In addition to Mikalo Oy and Mikkeli Housing Right Ltd, the framework arrangement resulting from the tendering procedure may also be used by the City of Mikkeli. As regards the City, the contract is limited to only those rental apartments in the City of Mikkeli’s ownership that Mikalo Oy manages or maintains.
