TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Tampere requests tenders in accordance with this tender notice and its appendices. By means of the procurement competition, integration training is acquired in accordance with the Act on the Organisation of Employment Services (380/2023) and the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). Under an open procedure, one service provider is selected with whom an framework agreement to be concluded for an indefinite period is entered into. The content of the service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description attached to the tender notice. The appendices to the tender notice are found under “Appendices to the Tender Notice”. The estimated value of the service to be procured exceeds the threshold referred to in Annex E of Section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (Procurement Act 1397/2016), therefore the Procurement Act is applied in the competition. The contracting authority selects the most economically advantageous tender from among the tenders.
