TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for four years for the performance of design and construction works for the buildings and facilities of Tallinn University of Technology located in Kohtla-Järve. The framework agreement is concluded with up to six tenderers who have submitted the economically most advantageous tender, who will submit the lowest-price tender for the first object referred to in these technical specifications.
