TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for four years for the performance of design and construction works for the buildings and facilities of Tallinn University of Technology located in Kohtla-Järve. The framework agreement shall be concluded with up to six economic operators submitting the most economically advantageous tenders, who will submit the lowest-priced tender for the first object stated in these technical specifications.
