TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Kokkola (hereinafter also the “Contracting Authority”) requests a tender for alteration work for the Koivurinne daycare centre to the extent set out in the tender documents. The contract form for the project is a design-and-build contract, in which the construction contractor acts as the project’s main contractor. As the main contractor, the construction contractor is responsible for the overall project and for coordinating subcontractors. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes to the contract notice.
