The subject of the procurement is the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Helsinki’s Itäkeskus as a fixed-price overall contract, including, in addition to construction-technical works, all HVAC and plumbing and electrical works (LVISA). The renovation project concerns a rental housing property owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, located on Helsinki City’s plot 45053/1 (Asiakkaankatu 4, 00930 Helsinki). The estimated start date of the contract is 01.02.2027 and the estimated start date of construction is 03/2027.
