The subject of the procurement is the basic renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Pukinmäki, Helsinki, as a fixed-price turnkey contract, including, in addition to building engineering works, all LVISA works. The object of the renovation is a rental housing property owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, located on the City of Helsinki plot 37043/2 (Madetojankuja 2, 00720 Helsinki). The estimated commencement date of the contract is 01.04.2027 and the estimated commencement date of construction is 03.05.2027. INFORMATION ON THE RENOVATION PROJECT - The site was completed in 1977. - The property comprises six five-storey residential apartment buildings. In addition, the property includes a parking area and 7 commercial premises, one of which has been used as a residents’ club premises. In the contract, 3 commercial premises are converted into apartments. The club premises are converted, under the contract, into another commercial premises. - a total of 195 rental apartments; after the renovation, 198 rental apartments (12,438 asm2).
