TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender comprises: Pile foundation works The work includes pile foundation works under the north and south stands as well as pile foundation works in connection with the construction of the buildings (building link sections) that connect the north and south stands to the existing west stand. Earthworks The earthworks include, among other things, ground levelling, stripping and removal of surplus soil, replacement and establishment of a sand bed, and sub-base construction for paved areas. In addition, the work includes excavation and backfilling in connection with foundations, installations and other ground works. Sewer works The sewer works include establishing foul water and stormwater installations from the stands and the administration building, and connection to existing sewer systems. In addition, the sewer works include sewer works in connection with the establishment of the parking area to the north, including manholes, pipes and necessary connections.
