Procedure Award procedure by means of the European open procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Contracting authority The contracting authority for this procurement is the Municipality of Breda. Scope of the contract The contract concerns: - Cleaning of drains; - Cleaning of (line) gutters; - Hauling away and disposal of sewage sludge; - Ancillary activities. Lots This contract is not divided into lots. Purpose The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a duration of two (2) years, with the start date being 01-01-2027. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend these two (2) times by one (1) year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) shall be based on an evaluation of the service provided. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 3,000,000,- over the term of the agreement, including extension options.
