TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor strengthens the knowledge transfer of programme results through integrated, target group-oriented communication. It makes results and developments of the programme visible, prepares specialist knowledge in an understandable way and supports the networking of municipalities, politics and the professional public. For this purpose, the contractor in particular manages the editorial content of the website www.smart-city-dialog.de and the existing LinkedIn channel. The communication measures interlock and must be coordinated with each other thematically, in terms of content and in terms of design. Digital formats are at the centre of attention; print products complement them in a targeted manner. Additional formats may be used additionally subject to the contracting authority’s prior approval. The contractor is responsible for the editorial planning, creation and preparation of the content. Communication with the media and the creation of press-related content are covered by Lot 2.
