TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor strengthens the transfer of knowledge of the programme results through integrated, target-group-oriented communication. It makes results and developments of the programme visible, prepares specialist knowledge in a way that is understandable, and supports networking between municipalities, politics and the specialist public. For this purpose, in particular the Contractor manages the editorial content on the website www.smart-city-dialog.de and the existing LinkedIn channel. The communication measures interlock and must be coordinated with one another thematically, in terms of content and design. Digital formats are at the centre of attention; print products are to complement them in a targeted manner. Further formats may be used additionally upon prior approval by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is responsible for the editorial planning, creation and preparation of the content. Communication with the media and the creation of media-related content are the subject of Lot 2. The organisational implementation of the congresses is the subject of Lot 3. Start of performance from 01.12.2026. The contract has a term until 30.06.30.
