Karolinska Institutet (KI) has a need for qualified support in communications, covering both strategic and more extensive assignments, as well as ongoing production of communications materials. The needs vary between activities and over time. In some cases, it involves, together with the contracting authority, analysing needs, developing target groups, messages and channel selection, and also developing concepts and producing materials. In other cases, there is clear documentation and the need primarily concerns fast and efficient production of communications materials. The supplier shall be able to manage this entire range—from idea and strategy to final delivery—and adapt the working methods based on the assignment’s scope, budget and time frame.
