TENDER DESCRIPTION

"Comprehensive supply of electricity for the Municipality of Pakosław for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028" 1. The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract. Electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 amounts to: 187 168 kWh of the basic contract. 2. The Contracting Authority has photovoltaic installations for 1 ppe: 590310600000597267 settled on the basis of prosumer rules of net metering specified in the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources. 3. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the contract for the sale of electricity – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity of the basic contract specified in section 4.1 of the SWZ, within the limit of up to 15%."
