TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract. The demand for electricity for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 amounts to: 1,648,820 kWh (basic contract). 2. The Contracting Authority has an installed OZE micro-installation – photovoltaic panels. The detailed scope of data and the list of PPE are provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority will grant a power of attorney to the Contractor selected in the procedure. 5. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of electricity of the basic contract (supply of electricity together with the distribution service) within the range of up to +/-15%: 6.
