TENDER DESCRIPTION
Comprehensive supply of electricity for facilities of the Gmina Tuczno settled under an energy cooperative for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity to facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract, settled under an energy cooperative. The demand for electricity for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 amounts to: 130 816 kWh of the basic order. The quantity of energy provided constitutes demand after subtracting energy produced in the RES and settled under an energy cooperative. During the performance of the contract, the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity of the basic order specified in Section 4.1 of the SWZ by up to 20%.
