TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of this contract is comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract, settled as part of the energy cooperative. The demand for electricity during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 amounts to: 800 113 kWh of the basic order. The specified amount of energy constitutes the demand after deducting the energy produced from renewable energy sources and settled as part of the energy cooperative. 4.2. The Contracting Authority has micro-installations; information on PPE (energy off-take point) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract. 4.3. PPE included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract, will be settled under the operation of an energy cooperative named “Spółdzielnia Energetyczna Ślesin”. The energy cooperative is at the stage of being entered into the National Court Register.
