TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive supply of electricity (supply and distribution service) for the Municipality of Rejowiec 1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity (supply and distribution service) to the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law. 2. The estimated 12-month demand for electricity for the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 amounts to 500 771 kWh. 3. Number of contracts to be concluded – 4 (2 with the Municipality of Rejowiec, 1 with the Municipal Culture Centre and 1 with the Municipal Public Library). 4. The estimated demand has been determined on the basis of consumption data placed on invoices for the individual PPE for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. 5. The Contracting Authority shall agree to conclude contracts using the Contractor’s template for points at which electricity is generated; the Contracting Authority has 20 installed electricity generation sources with a capacity of less than 50 kW. 6.
