TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: “Comprehensive supply of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services for the facilities of the Municipality of Poddębice” together with the provision of receiving and settling electricity fed into the grid from micro-installations. As part of performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to sell (supply) electricity to electricity offtake points (PPE) listed in the table constituting an annex to the Description of the subject matter of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law, implementing acts to that Act, and instructions of the electricity system operators.
