1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the distribution of electricity in 2027 for the facilities of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, together with the commercial balancing service of energy from RES installations, starting from 01 January 2027. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the list and data of the points of electricity supply (PPE) covered by the contract are provided in the SWZ annexes. The facilities listed therein and the electricity consumption assumed for the contract have only an indicative nature, used to calculate the estimated value of the contract and to compare bids. They do not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the specified quantity. 1.
