TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this procedure, the Komorniki Municipality acts on its own behalf and on behalf of organizational units. 1. The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the contract, settled within the framework of the energy cooperative. The demand size during the contract period, i.e., from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, amounts to a total of 329,476 kWh (basic order). The given amount of energy represents the demand after deducting the energy produced from renewable energy sources within the cooperative. 2. The contracting authority owns micro-installations and small RES installations, information about PPE (energy consumption points) is included in Annex 1 to the contract – description of the contract subject. 3. PPE listed in Annex 1 to the contract will be settled within the operation of the energy cooperative Energia Gminy Komorniki Energy Cooperative, NIP 777-343-38-74. The basis for settling the energy produced from RES within the cooperative are the provisions of Article 38c of the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources. 4.
