TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject matter of this contract is the comprehensive supply (sale and distribution) of high-methane natural gas type E for the needs of Uzdrowisko Rymanów S.A. in Rymanów-Zdrój in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The estimated planned quantity of gas to be purchased amounts to 5 882 776,00 kWh. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ together with the annexes to the OPZ. The annex contains data regarding the offtake points of current tariff groups, contract power and forecast consumption. 2) The data indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constitutes a forecast of gas consumption and is used exclusively to compare submitted tenders, but under no circumstances does it constitute, on the part of the Contracting Authority, an obligation to purchase gas in the quantities specified in the annex. 3) During the term of the contract, the Contractor will supply gas in a quantity corresponding to the Contracting Authority’s actual demand, regardless of the estimated forecast of consumption over a period of 12 months. 4) The Contractor shall be required to ensure the quality parameters of the gas fuel, quality service…
