Comprehensive supply of natural gas for heating purposes for the buildings of the District Court in Chełmno, the District Court in Wąbrzeźno, and the District Court in Golub-Dobrzyń 2. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of natural gas for heating purposes for the buildings of the District Court in Chełmno, the District Court in Wąbrzeźno, and the District Court in Golub-Dobrzyń. The supply of natural gas will take place on the basis of an agreement containing provisions of the contract for sale of gas and the agreement for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be carried out on the terms specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law (consolidated text: Dz.U.2026.43), the Civil Code, and the implementing provisions issued on their basis. The natural gas supplied by the Contractor will be intended for heating purposes.
