TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), including the sale and distribution of gas with an estimated volume of approximately 3,200,000 kWh, calculated over the delivery period, to the buildings of the Municipal Culture Centre Perła in Nowiny, ul. Perłowa 1, 26-052 Nowiny, for the Contracting Authority’s own use, for heating purposes. 1) The Contractor is required to perform all activities and arrangements with the Distribution System Operator (Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Rejon Dystrybucji Gazu in Tarnów), necessary to carry out the procedure for changing the supplier with the Distribution System Operator.
