TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the point(s) of gas intake (PPG) according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - supply of gas fuel together with the distribution service to the contracting authority’s facilities, with a maximum fuel demand volume of 22 101 850 kWh (basic contract), including gas fuel settled according to tariff prices in the amount of: 18 851 102 kWh and settled according to competitive prices in the amount of: 3 250 748 kWh. 2. The gas fuel must be supplied on a 24/7 basis to the delivery and offtake points listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which are a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network, being the property of the Contracting Authority, to the gas network of the system operator. 3. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the contract volume within the range of up to +/- 10% of the basic quantity of gas fuel for the purchase of gas.
