TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the year 2027 for the gas withdrawal point(s) (PPG) divided into parts of the contract: 1.1. 1st part concerning the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel for entities partially entitled to purchase fuel according to the approved sales tariff and partially settled at competitive market prices. The annual amount of gaseous fuel settled at tariff prices is: 33,101,158 kWh (basic order), at competitive market prices: 599,792 kWh (basic order). The contracting authority submitted a STATEMENT OF GAS FUEL RECIPIENT regarding the purpose of the gaseous fuel referred to in art. 62ba para. 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law – constituting annex no. 9 to the TOR. On this basis, the PPG covered by these statements will be settled at prices resulting from the valid sales tariff approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE).
